Terms and conditions
By using simulath.com and its labs you accept these terms. Simulath is an educational-simulator service in the Riomares ecosystem. The sites riomares.com and academia.riomares.com may have their own terms.
Service
We offer access to simulators in the browser (Free with limits, and paid Individual / Teacher / institution plans). The content is for training; it does not replace official rules, supervised real practice, or professional certifications unless that is expressly stated.
Account and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for how your access is used. Do not share Teacher classroom credentials in an abusive way, and do not try to bypass the paywall.
Payments and cancellation
Charges are processed by Stripe. You can cancel or manage the subscription from the customer portal linked on Pricing. Except where the law requires it, fees already paid are not refundable once the service period has started.
Intellectual property
The software, the Simulath brand, the labs and the materials belong to their owners. Unauthorised copying, resale or reverse engineering is not allowed.
Limitation
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damage arising from educational use or from interruptions, beyond what the applicable law requires.
